Trout and Mackerel

Ramon has a new style of cooking that involves thinly slicing potatoes and onions with whole garlic, sliced tomatoes and peppers and laying on a baking sheet with seasoning, olive oil and a little white wine. Then he places whole fish over the top and bakes in the oven. Below are the results of his cooking.

This one was a trout - in my opinion a lot nicer than the mackerel below as there were more bones in the mackerel
