It has been confirmed that I will have a stall here on Saturday from 10am. This weekend is their 3rd 'Trilla' or "threshing" in English
Threshing is the process of loosening the edible part of cereal grain (or other crop) from the scaly, inedible chaff that surrounds it. It is the step in grain preparation after harvesting and before winnowing, which separates the loosened chaff from the grain. It will be done the traditional way with mules and a threshing board attached to the mule that a person will stand on (to keep the boar weighted down).
